  1. you can do that, or you can just strap the bindings without the boots in them.  This will also keep the shape of the bindings.  I don't believe it to be a good idea to take the bindings off the board though, for you can damage your board putting them back on.  Also if you take the bindings off the board, then you must adjust them exactly to how they were before (i'm assuming that the bindings were close to perfectly arranged).

  2. as long as theyre in there loosely its fine. too tight and youll compress them and theyll stay in that shape which is bad. you really dont need your bindings to keep their shape... its the boots you want to keep their shape so make sure you keep them laced up.  i used to keep my boots loosly in the bindings for storage and they didnt get misshapen so id say as long as its loose go for it

  3. That is a bad idea - you don't want to compress you boots which could cause a crease or compress the foam if you aren't using them. I would buckle the bindings to keep their shape and to prevent the straps from getting damaged. Store your boots seperately - loosely laced to keep their shape.

    Good Luck

  4. ive left my boots in for as long as i can remember, except that time i showed u my boots

  5. never really thought about it...i guess i dont leave my boots in my bindings and ive never really had a problem...tho usually i take my bindings off my board..

  6. sounds like extra work for no reason.  I don't think it would hurt anything, it just seems kind of pointless.

  7. I leave my boots in the hall closet - never strapped into my bindings.

  8. I never thought of that, but that sounds like a good idea.  I don't see how it could hurt.

  9. I do that some times . It doesn't really matter. now i just keep my boots I'm my closet, but when i first got my board i just would leave them in there. it doesn't hurt it either way.

    good luck!

  10. Personally, I don't. If you leave your boots in your bindings strapped, whether loose or tight, it'll put some pressure on your boot as well as the ratchets on the bindings. Considering the bindings are, or will be, under pressure when you're out on the slopes. No sense in "softening" them up prior to that. Just leave the boots out of the bindings and strap the bindings on your board, but not too tight. Letting your bindings stay unhooked can cause unnecessary damage to your board with the metal ratchets swinging around whenever you move the board.
