Ooh!  English Crumpets with lovely English butter - we love them for breakfast.

They are delicious!!!!

Toast them lightly and put cream cheese and jam.

Pan fry them and put butter and honey on top! (yum!!!)

Pan sear and use maple syrup if you want (i'm ont a big fan)

Basically treat them like potato bread (they are similiar in thickness and bite).

But delish!!

they are good if u eat them witout toasting or w.e and just spread peanut butter on them

Guess it depends which crumpets you mean.

If it's English crumpets then toasted with butter. If it's Scottish crumpets then spread with butter and strawberry jam then rolled... I wouldn't toast a Scottish crumpet.

Don't know what other ones there are, but I'm open to ideas.
