  2. Yes because it's the only time I get to use the phrase Poo poo platter

  3. no!!!

    too much msg

  4. No, not at all. The food is mostly fried and has been adapted to a foreign palate so that it's no longer really Chinese food. I'd prefer to go to a sit-down restaurant and have 1 or 2 really good dishes that I can learn about and savor.

  5. some

I like variety and not waiting.  Some buffets have mediocre food though.

  6. no not really. i dont care for any buffet in the first place. they quality of food isnt the best. but sometimes its good when im in the mood. but i hate how some chinese buffets charge you for not eating everything on the plate. wtf? what a useless rule & great way to cheat people out of money.

  7. I love them, they're filling, healthy, and you get a variety to choose from, healthier than fish n chips, pies.

  8. Yes, my son and I both like them.  You can get a little of whatever you want.  Everybody gets to have what they like best.

  9. they call them asian buffet now

  10. haha of course, all the orange chicken and steamed rice I could eat

  11. yes, they are delightful indeed =]

  12. Not really cuz I'm not a big Fan of Chinese food.

  13. Yum! I love it cuz its like a sampler platter. We're going tomorrow :)

  14. Only when they're fresh.

  15. When I walk in the door and the food is being shoveled down my throat, I love it.

Yet when I get bad stomach cramps and irritable bowl's 8 hours later.

I know what is to blame.

    So I guess I am split ^_^

  16. No, I LOVE Chinese Buffets.

First of all, I love Chinese Food.

Second of all, I love assorted desserts.

Third of all, I love the cute Japanese Waiters!

[For some reason they 're alway Japanese in my town. LMAO.]

  17. At the right restaurant i love them.the wrong one they suck.

  18. all the crab legs you can eat!

  19. no. the food is always cold and dry

  20. no....i don't like the fact that hundreds of people are looking at  what i might eat and they may touch it or sneeze on it....eeewwwww!!!!

  21. No.  It all tastes the same to me.  And Jell-o at a Chinese buffet?  No please.  I love the sesame chicken and fried rice at Manchu Wok @ the mall.  Panda Express is pretty good too.

  22. I love them. There is always something I've never had before. I love trying new foods.

  23. Yeah, when the health department doesn't close them down.

I love the ones that claim they're closed for a MONTH to fix the roof, YEAH RIGHT.

  24. No that is so gross. The food is always old and taste horrible, and last but not least i dont like rat LOL!!!

  25. Yes, I do. You can to eat a variety for a fixed price.  And if you like a particular dish, you can have it again and satisfy your craving

  26. no...i like chinese food but not buffet style.

I know someone that works in a buffet restaurant and they tell me of all the gross things that happen.

    1. your trusting that everyone is clean...clean hands etc well how many times do you think they change the serving spoons on each dish?

    2. they used to see people picking at the food and tasting it before they actually decide they want some and use the utensil to serve.

    3. actually saw baby roaches in a dish, they said it was chinese veggies but veggies don't have antennas last time i checked.

    etc.

  27. luv chinese buffets, Im so full when I leave, but then am hungry like an hour later.

I hear alot of em put that msg in they're food to fill you up quicker.

  28. No. It's a lazy way to cook good food just to leave it out improperly heated for several hours and still try to serve it because the owner thinks the "round eye" won't know any difference.
