potstickers (dumplings)

Kung Pao Shrimp or Scallops

Moo Goo Gai Pan (lots of god veggies)

Cashew or Almond Chicken (more veggies)

Dan Dan noodles

I don't do "Take - aways.

I make ALL my own food.

That way I stay healthy - trim - and I know EXACTLY what I'm eating.

Some chinese food I like, I eat it alot but hate seafood so that limits my choices i guess,  well if youre a seafood person go for chilli or black pepper crabs, if not my favourite dish is fish soup with rice if they have it there, and try century egg porridge and noodles too ie. Wonton noodles or Hokkien noodles

Sorry if my dishes cant be found there, I live in Singapore and the dishes are usually mixed up with other ethnic dishes eg. malay.

I love the westernized Chinese take-away. However, the traditional Chinese cuisine is not that appealing.

Chinese food is so popular here in Australia though, for after the Gold Rush of 1851, a lot of the many Chinese who came over here seeking their fortune, ended up opening Chinese restaurants to make a living. It wasn't until a few years later that it started becoming a trend for the westerners, and since then it's seemed to have stuck with us.

Yes Chinese food is good; but Vietnamese is better.  Usually don't do take out, as we enjoy going to the restaurant.  There are some really good Pho shops and Vietnamese Restaurants in the Tronoto area and that is where we go.
