"Smells Like Teen Spirit" (Nirvana) is a classic song and "Fix You" (Coldplay) is beautiful.

Coldplay has a couple good songs. But Nirvana is one of my favorite bands. I can't think of any of their songs that aren't awesome. :)

I like Coldplay the song Viva la Vida is so sophisticated. Also Nirvana doesn't active the lead singer is dead and listening to Nirvana is like listening to something is no longer alive. In other hand Coldplay are alive like us and we should listen to what is now, not remembering/listening to the song that used to be hits long time ago. Also you would have an opportunity to go to their live concert, instead of listening to Nirvana that no longer plays live.
