Good gelato is amazing--the consistency, the creaminess, and the flavor are superb. I think gelato producers think outside the box a little bit more than traditional ice cream producers, resulting in fantastic and unusual flavors. I also agree with an earlier post--the flavor of gelato is usually intense. Sometimes ice cream really only has a hint of the flavor it is supposed to be, but the flavor of gelato is generally powerful. If anyone is in the Princeton, New Jersey area, I would recommend a stop at The Bent Spoon--they offer amazing gelato, particularly the Dark Chocolate-Orange combination.

yep its really good. The flavors taste exactly like the real thing. Its cool.
