I actually like the name, but honestly, it sounds a bit feminine. It comes from Genoa, Italian City/means Knee.

Isiah Genoah would be a cute name. That was you can still use the name, but it's obviously a male.

I think either is great, though G is a bit out-there.  But before you name your son, make sure you've spelled Isaiah properly.

Genoah sounds like a girl's name and I don't like if for a girl either.
