-Windfall Profits Tax

-$50 billion to jumpstart economy (Where's the $ coming from?)

-tax cut for working families. Up to $500/person

-Eliminate seniors tax on incomes under $50,000

-Simplyify tax code (always promised, never done. both parties)

Hmm ok Mccain is planning to reduce taxes from 35% to 25% --- ok thats good.

But wait - the Iraq war!!!!! It costs trillions doesnt it? It cost the US $3trillion in Iraq so far...

Iam wondering where Mccain will get the money now if he plans to reduce taxes.....hmmmm

same thing we hear from everyone.We are going to cut wastefull spending, but who has actually done it, Palin has. No new taxes, But you tax businesses, then we get taxed. you give $500 tax cut to working families,

Bush has given tax cuts to families and he's been criticized for it. The last one we got we really needed it.

Democrats will say anything to get votes it doesn't matter they will play any card they can and they are disgusting.

Taxing "evil oil companies" will do nothing good for the economy.  Do companies pay taxes?  No, they just pass the costs on to the consumers anyway and let us pay the taxes.

The only true simplification of the tax code would be the Fair Tax, but I don't see it happening.

Working families really don't pay much in taxes anyway.  How do you cut a number which is almost zero?  I personally know a couple families, middle class and their net tax rate is in the single digits.  That is pretty small already.

about the only thing I do like is the tax cut for the elderly... I feel raising taxes the way he wants will only put this country into a worse recession. (I know we are not in one but it does feel like it.) It will hurt everyone making the middle class equal with the lower class.

Not interested in his economic plan at all...
