Do you like Rags to Riches??

Question

I was just wanting your opinion. I really really really really LOVE her!!!!

She's defiantly one of the best filly's we've seen in a long time but I wasn't quite a big fan, I go more for the colts ;)

Buut she is a very beautiful filly and she did awesome in her racing career so far. She really did go from "Rags To Riches" not winning her first race and all and then winning every race after that... she almost reminds me of Ruffian :)

shes amazing shes really proved that a girl can do anything a guy can do, and sometimes they can do it better! That little filly is one power house!!!!

She is not racing in the Breeders Cup this year

She is a pretty good filly. She has shown her greatness in the Kentucky Oaks and Belmont Stakes, defeating Curlin (who I love dearly!). The most shocking loss was in the Gazelle Stakes. I was rooting for her and Lear's Princess. Rags to Riches is an amazing filly!

Of course i do... i love her!  she's excellent.  We've been waiting a while for a really great filly.  We've had some good fillies over the years but Rags to Riches is right up there with Genuine Risk...  they're both fillies who can take on the very best boys of the year in the hardest races of the year and come away the winner.  On Belmont day, I was really hoping that she was the one.  I watched her race 4 wide through both turns...  i was kinda nervous about her position, but she came up to the front with Curlin at the top of the stretch.  Their noses were together and she stuck her head in front and i was just hoping that the finish line would come.  I was jumping around the room when she won!  I hope she can make a full recovery and come back just as strong next year.  We're pretty lucky that she's a filly.  If she were able to stud hundreds of horses per year, this injury would have retired her... as it is, she can only have 1 baby each year so there's more incentive to keep her racing longer!

edit: note to Jon D...  that's funny...  I'm still trying to work out how Nashoba's Key would beat Rags to Riches when Nashobas Key runs on the turf and Rags to Riches would run on the dirt in the distaff.  maybe if you learned a thing or two about horse racing before answering any questions about it, you would know that.
