  1. Better than Banco Popular...


  2. Is a reputable bank but I prefer Banco Popular.

    The facilities and the service are excellent.

  3. I prefer Westernbank .. I've had accounts with Banco Popular in the past and I closed them .. then a few years later I opened another account with them and I closed it like 2 years after ... they charge for EVERYTHING !!! etc etc etc ...

    Now I use Westerbank and another one as well !
