Board games are great, they can really bring a family together!  I absolutely love Scrabble, the one where the table can move w/out the tiles falling out of place.  My cousin flys down for christmas, and my whole family has had many eventful Scrabble evenings!

I used to play Monopoly Jr. w/ little cousins, and even the adult Monopoly is wonderful too.  I would also recommend playing Scattergories, it's lots of fun.

A bunch of my friends and I (30's) get together when we can to play Risk, LOTR Risk, card games, Sorry and other board games. So, yes...we like board games.

Yes, I love all bord games if there fun or not. My favorite game is ''Heard your horses''. It's were you gather horses and try not to get caught.

i do - i prefer the general knowledge games - game of knowledge being my favourite not that i can answer all the questions - i hat monopoly i think it brings out the worst in people and quite often can end with bad feeling between players, i detest scrabble and the like too!  Looking for a decent board game for christmas but am struggling - may ask the question myself?!

I adore monopoly but will only play it with my sister, we have over the years built up rules of fair play and gentlemanly conduct!!!! Sounds sad...........it really is!!!

I do - it can be a lot of fun with the right people and mood.  Are you up for a game of Monopoly??  I've been playing the PC version and it isn't that much fun to play against the computer once you figure out the cheapest way to get their properties...

I admit, I like board games.  Many moons ago when I was a wee lad, I would sit around my home with nothing to do.  One day, it was rainy and I was lying on my couch, counting squares on my ceiling.  There was around 400,000.  All of the sudden, my father bursts into the room.  He reaches inside a sack he has in his hand, and pulls out a magical and mysterious game.  A game called Clue.  Clue became a part of my life, who I am.  My friends were good ol' Mr. Green and Colonel Mustard.  I would visit the Ballroom every Tuesday and sometimes I'd visit the Lounge.  One day, my house was broken into and Clue was stolen.  That part of my life will never be regained.
