It is nice. Try this easy recipe:

Veracruz Baked Catfish Fillets Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6

Ingredients:

    * 6 catfish fillets (6 ounces each)

    * 2 Tablespoons butter

    * Salt and pepper to taste

    * Tomato sauce

How to cook:

    * Twenty minutes before serving, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

    * Rinse the catfish fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet and brown catfish fillets slightly on both sides.

    * Transfer to a greased baking dish. Spoon Tomato sauce to completely cover catfish fillets. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
