I adore chess!  I love chess!

I was just teaching someone today how to play the game and they became so excited about how cool the game is.

My opinion is this:  Chess excells in magnificence to the point were I almost think it is a game given to us by God, Himself.  It is hard to imagine that mere men invented the game on their own.  Chess is the stage on which the human mind can reveal it's beauty in a play far beyond the scope of anything Shakespear could have ever written.

Nothing can fuel the passion in a marriage quite like a great game of chess between a man and his wife.  (Personal experience!)
