escalators will tear the skin off your butt if you fall down on them, and stairs are nice if you want to slide down something on a big serving platter, but elevators are the best if you need a private place to get it on while you're going down.

escalators because they cant break. they can only become stairs. there should be no "escalators temporarily out of order" signs. it should say "escalators temporarily stairs, sorry for the convenience"

That's easy escalator and stairs. I'm claustrophobic and hate elevators. If I had to choose one it would be escalators.
