Fraser Gehrig is not a bad guy as some claim he is. I met him in the rooms in round 18, 1995 at Princes Park after a WCE game with North. He was only 19, shy as ever, probably homesick over there in WA and scared to death when I talked to him. I told him he had a great game, would be a great player in his career. Biggest thing I think that really stunned him was I knew who he was, with a Yank voice, not Aussie strine. I predicted it good that week, Gehrig was the rising star nominee for that round.

I have never met Nick Dal Santo.

Gehrig isn't as bad as he's known to be. He's not my favourite or most hated.
