fresh toast is better than stale toast, but french toast is better still.

A couple of eggs, a splash of milk, mix together, dunk some white bread (in fact stale is even better here) into the mixture. Heat up a little butter in a non stick pan, put the soaked bread in there for about 3 minutes a side or until golden brown.

sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, or alternatively maple syrup... yum!
