I digress, I love a good spinach lasagna, eggplant parmesan, and anything with pesto!

A popular restaurant here makes a dish called "Tortellini Ala Vesuvius", a cheese tortellini dish with a rich cream sauce, with tomatoes, garlic, basil, and grilled chicken. I have them add pine nuts (that's just the kind of guy I am) for a mouthful of flavor!

Italian food rocks! I don't know anyone that doesn't like it or at least some of it. Some people don't like the texture of riccotta cheese but will eat anything else.

yes i do .In india we do get authentic italian food and its yummy. We love it and do prepare some easy ones at home as well

Yes but Italian food is very regional and varied. Some of my  favorites are Napolese style Pizza, Milanese style Rissoto, and Sicilian desserts such as Cannolis.
