Question:

Do you like kids? What do you like and hate about them?

For me they are TOO noisy. Run here and there for no reason (ie at Tesco. Dam*! And their parents do nothing about it!).

And i dont think i will be happy if i got one.

If a small child plays a prank on me, i just ignore it.

I love kids in general. Now does that mean I like every kid I meet? No. some children have sweet personalities and some do not. But for the most part and in general...yes, I like kids. I wish in some ways I could have more children...but am getting on up there in age...bummer for sure...and things are really harder now raising children...but I do love kids and try to speak to them when I see them in public with their parents.

Our daughter was an only child. She was born when my wife and I were seniors in high school. To say this interfered with our young adult life is an understatement. While most of our friends were enjoying being out of high school and enjoying that part of life between high school and responsibility, we were training our daughter to walk and potty.

It was hard at first. We did without a lot. I worked as much over time as I could to pay doctor bills and clothes. But some how I never resented my daughter. It was always a big test on our marriage because financially we could never get ahead. And by the time she was a teenager she was costing far more than I was bringing in.

By the time she graduated high school, we were only 35 years old. We felt we gave her the best possible raising we could. She went on to become an LVN and is working toward becoming an RN.

She gave us a grandson in 2005. Now we have a chance to be older wiser parents. Yes we are grandparents. But we have a chance to provide him a little better raising than we could give our daughter.

i love them when they are just a tiny human being...but i feel i like to gigit them when they know how to merangkak & kacau barang..eeeh sabar la kiah....but still i love my little one......

I only hate noisy kids on an airplane---I wish I could drown their cries with my i-pod. I like kids when they are well-bahaved and ...asleep. haha

As noisy or annoying they can be, if they grow up to be a successful person, then they can carry on the family's generation along with their traditions and culture.

i like kids . they can be funny at times. what i don't like about kids is the whining. but they grow out of that .

yep...yep...yep...i was a kid too...so were you and the rest...kids are like that...sometimes naughty, sometimes cutey, sometimes noisy...they're kids...can expect much from them right?kita pun penah kecik gak...penah nakal, penah bising...life is no fun without them...if takde anak whos going to take care of you when your old?i was wondering if our parents were to have the same thinking like yours?do you think we'll be here, today???they're God's special gifts...love them, guide them, teach them and care for them...

i like kids...i`ll always make sure they behave when we went to the public places...as far as i`m concern, my kids never run here & run there at a mall...

I'm rather biased as I only love my own kids, though in general, I do find kids cute and adorable as long as they are not rude and bullies, but I just can't love them as my own. That doesn't mean I hate them, ok. It just mean I'll never be able to adopt children.

Maybe it's got to do with my upbringing. Coming from a small family and hardly have any contact with children when young (most of my cousins are my Mom's age), I was actually quite terrified dealing with kids before I had my own.

Even now, I'm not one to offer carrying a baby, let alone baby-sitting one!

Don't ever expect your child to take care of you in your old age. Best to be financially independent and start sourcing for a good retirement home!

Kids are really cute as long as you know how to train them well.

If you are grumbly and noisy, the tendency of the child behaviour will follow the parent or the guardian.

However, what I really cannot stand is when the kids grew up.. to be a teenager then you hope that they are kids forever. Really! Trust me !
