No, it's not my thing. Mexico is a big place, amigo. Exactly where will you be visiting...& hoping to find menudo?

You don't necessarily have to leave the U.S. to try menudo.

There are some authentic Mexican establishments in Texas which serve some good menudo...so I'm told.

Here is a place in Tucson, Arizona that serves a good menudo....the most popular time is Saturday mornings when it's fresh!

Not really, i like the Quesadillas on the menudo stands though =P, you can find stands in many places, ussualy it's like a tradition to eat that on sundays so many stands just are set up on sundays by the morning, it's really easy to find one just ask, you'll have a stand closer than you think.
