Well this is a really tough question but at the end I would choose Miley Cyrus...Her TV show Hannah Montana is very funny and enjoyable to watch, her music is fun, upbeat and something you get up and dance to and her concert tour was so awesome...if you did not see it you are missing out big time.

But Ashley Tisdale's music is OK but she doesn't really act that much..besides HSM and HSM2

well i dont really like either but if i had to pick miley cyrus...ive heard so many bad things about ashley...lik shes on probation for drugs!
