  1. I like music, soft, mellow music, old time favorites, country, and what they call OPM in my country - that's Original Pilipino Music. I don't play any musical instrument, I would have liked to learn piano but did not.  I enjoy listening to saxophone.  My older son was starting to learn playing the guitar when...

Children should be allowed to develop their talents - be it playing musical instruments or whatever catches their fancy.

  2. Hillsong its make me happy

  3. I like to listen to indie/alternative rock (Rilo Kiley, Radiohead, Sonic Youth), mellow acoustic music (Jack Johnson, John Mayer), and electronica (Daft Punk, The Postal Service).

I used to play piano and I currently play the clarinet.

I would learn to play the guitar because I'd like to learn how to play covers of my favorite rock and acoustic songs. I'd also like to learn trumpet, violin and saxophone to expand my musical abilities to other types of instruments.

I most enjoy listening to clarinet because, well, I play it and because I personally believe it produces the most perfect, round, warm tone out of all the instruments in the music industry.

I strongly believe it's important for children to learn a musical instrument because it gives them the opportunity to understand and appreciate music for what it is. Listening to music isn't the same as creating music from yourself through an instrument, whether it be an electric guitar or hurdy gurdy.
