It's ok. U have to work on ur proportion more. One of his eyes is slightly higher than the other and his smirk makes his lips look a little crooked. Bring one corner of his mouth up just a little more and shade in a backwards 'c'. When u do that make sure his mustache follows the line of his upper lip. Other than that, it looks really good keep up the work ;)

Oh, and he has a braided beard ;) lol

It is very nice... since I'm also a artist, I'm going to make a suggestion, maybe draw a similar one and add some color... i love the black and white effect, but try some color and see if you like it... keep drawing you got skills...and remember drawing is a SKILL but drawing well is a TALENT...best of luck

I like how you've used different line weights, how it doesn't appear flat or grey all over. i think your shading skills are better than your line/proportion.

i think reading books, just even a little skim through on anatomy will be helpful :) (and i think a lot of artists know those stuff anyway)

keep going!!! it's pretty :) - it looks abstract, cartoony.

It's great but you should focus on proportion, his nose isn't right and the mouth should be more crooked and a lot smaller.
