Do you like my hair like this? Should i get auburn/fire red higlights or caramel colored highlights?

If you want something subtle, I would suggest the caramel highlights since your hair already has some natural caramel coloring.

But if you want something more "Pow!", I'd say go for the red.

I love your curls...adorable!  Don't straighten it, it looks great.  Personally, I think it would look good if you had it all dyed a rich, chocolate brown for the base and then added some caramel highlights.  Then, it wouldn't look too fake or crazy.  I think the colors would really compliment your skin.  I think red/auburn would be too harsh.
