Why do you care about what others say about you,

Why do you care about what others think about you,

To just say what you feel inside.

Rip off your disguise,

Let them see the real you,

Why do you pretend to be someone who you are not,

Why cant you like yourself for who you are.

Why cant you like me for who I am,

Why are you always making fun of me,

Cant you see its the inside that really matters.

Sometimes the cops arnt here to save you from from the bad guys,

They are here to save you from yourself,

Dont be afraid.

This one is really great.  You have a point and you convey it well.  It kind of inspires me to rip the disguise of my own personality off and parade around b*****k naked!!  But don't worry I'll spare you the sight ha ha.
