My life’s fallin’ apart

Can’t stop it

Losing my grip on reality

Someone help me

Wishin’ it would end

I wouldn’t be missed

No one would even notice

I’m uselessly reaching out for help

So many secrets, so many lies

Wanna hurt myself and forget

Unloved by all

I utter an unanswered cry for help

Inside, everything is broken

Everyone avoids me

The scars tell the story

Help won’t come

I wish it was easy as 1, 2, 3…

I’m all alone in the dark

Someone, anyone…please

Wow, i can relate to this poem, and i love poems that i can relate to. Its beautiful, and you can feel the pain. Its so true, i know it. "The scars tell the story" I love it, wow awesome

I'd structure the last few lines like this:

Someone,

Anyone...please

Rescue me...
