  3. I hope so ..be a bit odd if i didnt

    i am very compulsive

  4. Meh.

  5. my wife is a taurean she is very stubborn and strong minded and most of the time very difficult to get on with,i myself am a virgo,i am quite the opposite to my wife, but i still love her and always work things out between us,we have been married 10 years

  6. I believe in star signs...but believe everyone's different and no two Taurus's are alike, because some may have more Leo in them, while others may be more Virgo -- You have to take the entire chart into considerations -- They may be more Air/Earth/Fire/or Water than others. You can 't judge a person by their Sun Sign. (Point Blank).

Star signs are (Sun Signs) are just the tip of the iceberg - everyone thing else /Moon/Merc/Ven/Mars/Jup/Sat/Nep/Uran/Plu... are all in different or maybe even the same sign. All depends on the birthdate, time and place you were born. While you may get along with one Taurus, you might not see eye to eye with another,

    however,

Most Taurus's share that down to earth practicality, and are somewhat set in their ways. Nothing you say can get them to budge until they're ready too.

Heres' a great audio source for the Taurus in your life !

  7. I wrote a paper about this:

"The crowd cheers loudly in the arena as the event is about to begin. A man in a colorful suit steps out into the middle of the stadium holding a red cape in his hands. He holds up his hands to the crowd, who in response cheer much louder. He turns to look at a door on the opposite side of the stadium. It slowly begins to open, and the crowd hushes in anticipation. Here it comes! A large, menacing, and irate bull charges out toward the matador. The bull attacks the red cape that waves over its enraged, green eyed face. The matador gracefully turns to avoid the bull’s razor-sharp horns. The bull is even more frustrated and charges the red cape again, but the matador is so swift that the bull misses. The bull is too stubborn to give up and continues its attempt to pierce the cape with its horns.  This event continues as the crowd jeers in mockery.

I was thinking this image when I was reading about the sign of Taurus in an Astrological Book pertaining to the Zodiac. My husband is a Taurus, so I read the description of his zodiac sign and wanted to know how it relates to his personality. It surprised me at how exact the book was illustrating my husband’s behavior. The bull is the symbol for the zodiac sign, Taurus. Just like a bull grazing quietly in a pasture, a Taurus is a peaceful, quiet, and stable individual. A Taurus holds strongly to his opinions and tends to get jealous when it comes to his own possessions and luxuries. One has to know how to understand and manage a Taurus male to overcome his stubbornness, envy, and unwillingness to sway his opinion, and enjoy his practicality, affection, and down-to-earth values ("Taurus the Bull."). And it does not involve swinging a red cape in his face.

I am a Capricorn, the most compatible astrological sign for the Taurus (Hall). I have learned to adapt to my Taurus’s enriched personality. The best way I can describe my Taurus husband is by comparing him to the Shakespearean character, Othello. Othello is a strong and persistent man, who is loyal and affectionate towards his wife as she was to him. But once his opinion changes of her fidelity, nothing could alter his judgment. Othello becomes so enraged in his own jealousy that he turns into a monster, and he smothers his innocent, pleading wife to death (Shakespeare). A Taurus, like Othello, is an affectionate and down-to-earth individual, and when his mind is made up, absolutely nothing will sway his opinion.

I have noticed some peeves that tend to irritate my Taurus are being rushed, nagging, and disruption. He wants to take his time getting ready, and he has a certain routine he likes to follow. When someone ruins his train of thought, then that ruins the rest of his day. One needs to give the bull his much needed time and space, so that the day can pass more smoothly for the Taurus and his companions.

An argument with a Taurus is very rare because of his solid and strong-willed nature ("Taurus the Bull"). It takes too much to enrage a Taurus, but when someone gets him to that point, there is no turning back.

“He is solid and steady and nothing dis¬turbs his tranquility. You can throw water on him or light a fire between his toes. You can beat on his chest with clenched fists, glare at him hypnotically or shout at the top of your lungs. Taurus won't budge an inch. Once his mind is set, he folds his arms calmly and digs in his heels. He sticks out his rather prominent chin, flares his nostrils, pins back his ears and you've had it.” ("How to Recognize a Taurus")

A Taurus’s anger is as fuming as a bull’s. He will kick and butt until he has the provoker on the ground, and then he will gorge and trample him until he is a pile of rubbish, theoretically speaking. From my experience, an argument with a Taurus is a one-sided ordeal and avoiding a dispute in the first place is the best resolution. Instead of trying to debate with the bull, a person must come to terms with him such as agreeing with him or appreciating what he has to offer, before he throws a chair through a window.

Other bothersome traits of a Taurus are jealousy and greed, not typically speaking of money, but security. I often overhear my husband comparing his material possessions with that of others, and when I point out his jealousy, he retaliates with denial. He wants a big, comfortable home and a luxurious car with plenty of room, and if he does not have these, then he is constantly talking about obtaining them ("How to Recognize a Taurus").  To help minimize this envious attitude, an individual must complement the Taurus’s personal effects such as his creative home décor or his spiffy, new outfit.

One must be patient and accept that a Taurus will not be willing to do things spontaneously, like going to authentic restaurants or a stranger’s house, which is important for someone who is going to be his partner. A Taurus male likes to have his day planned out carefully in his head, and wants to spend his day accordingly. My husband expects his mornings to be quiet and peaceful, but with a cheerful early bird, such as myself, this is simply impossible. As I am singing a giddy morning tune while pouring a bowl of rolling oats, he is sitting in the corner clutching his cup of coffee with an irritated grip.

A person may be surprised to know that a Taurus is a loyal friend and loves to be in good company. Unlike his symbol, the bull, a Taurus is forgiving and accepts new people, but he will never readily agree to change or be pushed to unfamiliar surroundings. He is more willing to stay at home or enjoy the comfortable setting of a recognizable bar or restaurant.  He is just like the bull that would rather sleep in the same old stable and graze in a common pasture. My husband would rather rent a film and stay home with a lapful of snacks, then to go out for a dinner and a movie. This trait tends to make him a bit boring, but it is better to have a happy Taurus than an aggravated one.

My Taurus, altogether, is a kind, loyal, and appreciative individual. He has a good sense-of-humor and enjoys what life gives him. He is a loyal spouse and expects that in return. He will provide protection and support with all of his might.  He believes in a long and strong relationship, and rears exceptionally disciplined children ("How to Recognize a Taurus").  He enjoys colorful art, but that does not mean polka-dotted overalls and a painted face.

It is time for the matadors to put down the red capes, the cowboys to drop the saddles, and the clowns to wipe off that ridiculous makeup. We should not judge a bull by the size of his horns, but by the size of his heart. Underneath all of that stubbornness, jealousy, and hot temper is a kind, considerate, and warm-hearted individual, who, by the way, will not smother his wife."

  8. Yes I do, my Daughter is one.!!!

  9. idc about signs.

  10. I like them but they are stubborn. But still, I get along with them VERY well.

  11. I married a Taurus.  Every star sign has its positives and negatives.  He was very stubborn and manipulative.  He ended up NOT being faithful, so he missed out on that trait. He had an artistic bent, and was great at knowing what looks good - he was a home builder.  He was loyal to friends, but not loyal to lovers (he's cheated on his other lovers since our divorce, LOL).  Anyhow, there were enough of the positive traits to make me attracted to him, but obviously not enough of the *right* traits to make me stay.

  12. i dont lik them most of the tym they hav mood swings.......XD

  13. im a taurus, and i would be the first to admit that im moody...sometimes!

  14. As a Scorpio, Taurus is my opposing sign, hence, I get on kind of well with them, when I can tolerate their 'gimme, gimme', attitude. Most of the Taurians I know value possessions over people, and to me, that is the wrong way round.
