Any pie I don't have to roll a crust out for........I have been cheating and buying frozen crusts.....but the top layer always cracks coming out of the tin pan........so I call them my UGLY pies......

I have been making fresh:

I will eat most any pie of any consistency........baked or unbaked too!!!!!

I love apple pie, but a few times I baked from 100% scratch a pumpkin custard pie (even cut open a real pumpkin and stewed it!) that was so custardy and light that people raved over it.

Would you count quiche lorraine as a pie?  Made correctly with the best quality ingredients (which means, no skimping with low-fat substitutions), and it's heavenly.
