Yes they are good. I like all kinds with all types of fruit combinations. I even like Energy Drink Smoothies.

The little deli down the street from me makes the best strawberry banana smoothie.  They make it with cran-raisin juice.  It's so good.

Anything with coconut, citrus or berries, and anything without yogurt.

If you can add some frozen concentrate juice it keeps

whatever flavor you make sweet withour adding sugar.

My favorite concentrate to use for this is pineapple juice,

it goes well with bananas and orange juice.
