  1. I like spinach better. It is good with wild rice and tofu wrapped up in a burrito or just plain.

  2. I don't much like Brussels sprouts. But spinach makes a nice salad. I usually make it with either feta cheese or sliced mushrooms, to which I add salt, vinegar, and olive oil. And maybe a sliced tomato.

I had it yesterday in the feta cheese version.

Spinach also makes excellent frittate. My wife does that with eggs, Parmesan cheese, and chopped raw spinach which she puts into a cast iron skillet, cooks till the eggs begin to set, and then browns in the broiler. A lovely lunch with crusty fresh bread and butter.

  3. Spinach.

  4. Spinach.  Raw or wilted in salad; freshly steamed or cooked in a pan; with sour cream in my omelet; stuffed with feta cheese in a ravioli; layered with zucchini and eggplant in lasagna.

  5. spinach ... we eat it nearly every day (usually in salad, but cooked alot too) ........I DO like brussel sprouts, but I don't like the way the fresh ones look at the store usually:)

  6. Both but most of the time I like spinach better.

  7. I actually like both. I just recently had oven roasted brussel sprouts and they were really tasty, but I think spinach is more versatile.

  8. Roasted brussels sprouts are really good (if all you've ever had is steamed, you have to try roasting them, especially with some garlic, totally different experience) BUT I love spinach and eat it at least a few times a week.

  9. Spinach

  10. both!

  11. I don't think I could decide.  I like them both so much!  I just had a delicious raw vegetable sandwich for dinner.  It contained a crusty fresh baked roll, spinach, mushrooms, onions, cucumbers, and best of all...a nice big spoon full of Nayonaise:)

I like my brussel sprouts with soy garden spread and kosher salt.  I could eat a ton of them if I had them:)

I guess in the end I would have to say spinach.  It is more of a staple because I can eat it in sandwiches.  Cool question:)

  12. oo hard choice i like brussel sprouts more i think yummmmmy drooling now i love to boil em and then cut them half and add butter, salt and cracked pepper. :)

  13. Spinich...freash

  14. Spinach, definitely. I adore that stuff. Brussel sprouts aren't bad either, though.

  15. WOW that's a tough one! Lets say I like both of them better than greenbeans.

  16. Spinach, but I like fresh brussel sprouts too.
