Sushi is pretty great. For people who haven't tried it, it probably taste a lot different to what you think. Hand rolls are made of seaweed, tightly packed short grain rice, usually some cucumber and a meat such as chicken, duck or salmon.

Sushi is usually pretty cheap (about $2 a hand roll) the ingredients are cooked (raw fish sushi is available, but not very popular in western countries.) and its low in fat.

Try it dipped in soy sauce and wasabi!

I like food thats cooked...Raw food makes me nervous...

I only like California Rolls and Shrimp Tempora Rolls which really don't count as sushi, the idea of raw fish makes me gag!!
