Every girl I know with the name Sabrina has had "Beaner" as her nickname...don't ask where it comes from...

I'm not a fan of it, my husband's ex-gf was named Sabrina and she was a druggie with way too many tattoos.  Also it reminds me of Sabrina from Bewitched.  Not trying to be rude, but that's just my own input on it (and it really is famous as the witch's name.)

     I think 'Sabrina' is a real cute name ! I realize that the name comes mainly from a couple of old TV sit-coms.

I almost named my kid Sabria Renee but I ended up with a boy so that didn't work.
