love it, it is the most delirious movie ever made, its like a fever dream. that said, i prefer the thin red line as a war movie

The movie was good, but Heart of Darkness was better. Better view into the insanity.

Coppola's best, and that's saying a lot seeing as Godfather part II is one of the greatest American films ever made, with Godfather part I not being far behind that. Fantastic story, acting, cinematography, direction, everything was flawless. Absolutely incredible film.
