  10. You are joking, I hope.  It sounds  like "accident'.    I've heard folks say "axe" when they mean "ask", and they sound uneducated.   I'm afraid that his name would draw the wrong kind of attention to your family.

  26. NO. At least in the USA. Maybe it's different where you live, but here any child whose name looks like a misspelling of Accident will not thank his parents for it.
