Do you like the name Blaise for a little boy?

What do you think of the name Blaise for a a little boy? Also which spelling do you prefer: Blaise or Blaze? Do you think the name works for a girl?

I think the name works for both.  I'd go with Blaze for a boy and Blaise for a girl.  That spelling looks a bit more feminine.

I like Blaze for a boy. It looks more masculine that way. Just the sound of the name Blaze sounds very masculine to me, but it could also work for a girls name too. For a girl, definitely spell it Blaise. It looks very feminine. I also like Blair for a girl, that's close to Blaise.

yes it  very grate name it can work for ether s*x  but it more for a boy   its like the name devon it for girls and guys but  when u hear it it sould  like a guys name   still  blaise is awesome name

I like it a bit. it's unique. I like Blaise. It's looks more like a real name than Blaze which looks like a nickname. In the business world he may not be taken seriously. He'll end up in a band and using drugs. I think the name is a boys' name and should not be used for a girl.

That's what happened to the name Kelsey. It began to be used for a girl now people think it's a girl's name when it isn't.

Don't name your child blaise or blaze, please. They'll constantly have to fend off the stoner impression. To "blaze" is slang for smoking pot.
