I personally prefer it spelt Mikayla as it looks more girly that Michaela - I think that way I always see Michael in it!

I have seen it spelt this way before but it's not as common either - very good choice.

I love it! if i have a daughter, i am definitely considering this name. I love the spelling, it looks edgier than Michaela. And I think it's not that hard to spell. Mikayla is a gorgeous name, I wish it was my name!
