Nay - but not because I envision it represents a particular race or class.  (That should never be a factor - a name is a name.)

I like it a lot, but I think it's ridiculous to try to make a name match a nationality,race, career, appearance or personality.

NO, the name makes me think of a bleach blond actress wannabe that ends up waiting tables as she has no talent and is not pretty enough to get by on her looks... sorry

I don't care for the name. i won't put a "race" on her because that's ridiculous. names can cross races.

career....school teacher, bank teller, bus driver, lawyer..etc.

your name doesn't set your career path..your character does.

I dont think names have a race, unless they're just flat out ghetto. And Darla isnt one of those names. So she can be black/white/hispanic/asian/anything.

I won't reply for her race or career cause you can't base a personality on a name. But the name Darla sounds very classy and feminine. I like it.
