  1. I like Seersha

    sounds veryy nicee

and freedom is good, no matter where you are

  2. I like Realt`

  3. hey my name Alanna is irish.

but i agree with everyone else

i like saoirse but i like it better spelled like seersha it would be easy to pronounce.

  4. Your picks are beautiful!  Especially Saoirse, for a girl.  I have had my last (a boy), or I'd name my next girl that name.  I'm hoping for a granddaughter named Saoirse, someday!  I adore Irish names, perhaps stemming from my own Irish heritage.  Just watched an episode of "Law and Order" with a character named "Declan", another good Irish name.  It's time to start broadening our name horizons...thanks for adding your good taste!

  5. yuck

  6. no i don't like any of them. sorry.

    Summer

  7. In order of preference, I like...

    1. Saoirse

2.Réalt (I've actually never heard of anyone called this before, but it's nice)

    3. Blathnaid (It's always sounded a little old-fashioned to me, don't know why)

  10. yea

  11. Love love love Saoirse.

Other Gaelic girl names you might like:

    Caoimhe

    Aoibheann

    Aoife

    Aisling

    Maeve

  12. i like all of them except for the last one. very exotic. no one else in school will have the same name as them!! in my friend's class there are seven maddies O_o

  13. They are all very unique. When the baby is born you should see what matches the baby's look. They all have very nice meanings!

  14. well.. they're just so weird and "hard" too.. if the name is written Realt, Saoirse or Blanthnaid,, noone will ever pronounce them in the right way..

Theadora is nice.. it means a gift from God in Greek

  15. The meanings are nice but the spellings and pronunciations are confusing. Your child will spend it's life having to explain how to pronounce and spell their name. Congrats on the baby. Best of Luck.

  16. none

  17. Like them?  Yes, they are beautiful and interesting.

Name my child that?  No way, life is difficult enough.  If you choose to use one, I could see any of them for a middle name.  Good luck & God bless!

*Edit* Since you live where people would know these names, I like Realt and Saoirse the best!  Blathnaid sounds a little clunky to me.

  18. Seersha:]

Hope this helped and Good luck:]

    Xoxo,

  19. Saoirse is a pretty name but  Blathnid sounds like... it doesn't sound very good in English. However, I do not agree with the people who said that these are "stupid" names. At least you're choosing names that mean something.

  20. Saoirse is a beautiful name for a girl. However, if you are not in Ireland, or at least in a very Irish area, be aware that these names will cause problems for your child for years.

My daughter, who has a very Irish name, has actually changed the spelling of her name so people don't mispronouce it and she is only 7.

We were living in an Irish commuinity in S.London when she was born and have since been forced to relocate to the US.

  21. where are you from, maybe an Irish background, because those name will only work thier.

  22. I like the name Saoirse the best,

the other seem very.. Medieval :P

  23. I like Reált...

    It sounds pretty

  24. i like Realt the best.

  25. I dont like any of them. Those names would get hacked up all the time!

  26. no...i bet people couldnt pronounce them either

  27. Yes, I like them a lot!!  ( the thing with some ppl thinking they're "stupid"... names like these have a certain "following" here in the US right now, which is ok, but only the parents know how to pronounce them :( )

I like Saoirse the most for a girl

    Realt too for a boy

  28. I greatly enjoy "different" names, and those are some wicked mothers!

  29. i like Realt best. Saorirse has too many 's' sounds for me personally and blathnaid doesn't seem as pretty as the first.

  30. Depends on where you live.  I wouldn't choose any of those names for my child though.

  31. I like Saorise the best, it has a nice ring to it. It also has this nice feminine touch that flows, however the other names are unique too.

In order i'd say Saorise, then Realt then blathnaid.
