I don't like Sessy.  It reminds me of the words "sis" and "sissy."  It sounds very much like a nickname.

What about Cecily Jean or Sicily Jean?  You could certainly call her Sessy for short.

It not a bad name in and of itself, but kids are cruel and will call her all kinds of horrible things like s**y, sassy or messy sessy. Maybe it would make a good middle name?

That spelling is a bit awkward.

Why not spell it Ceci or Cesi? It sounds just the same. It's actually a spanish name. Ceci is short for Cecilia, but doesn't look bad as a name itself.
