Excellent choice.....your maids will look pretty but not as beautiful as you....the way it is suppose to be.  

Your maids will be happy....most have to dress in funky dresses that they hate.....

Thats really cute! Trendy, but not *too* trendy. I would be excited to wear this if I were going to be in a wedding. Plus, the ruby color looks good on most people, so I bet it will look great on you!

You'll survive wearing it. If you're uncomfortable with it see what the bride will allow in the way of a shawl and tights. Did the bride ask opinions of the bridesmaids before picking the dress?

it might be ok for your age... but i would hate to wear it... i don't like the bottom.  i don't think it'd be flatterign on a lot of figures also.  but if you like and are happy than congratulations cuz your lucky to have a dress you like!  :)
