Little Sunshine Daycare.

You know how young children are like little sunshines, they truly light up your life. So I want to incorporate this idea into the daycare name. I could name it plainly "Little Sunshine Daycare" or I could do something a bit similar that has a wonderful ring to it --- except I'm blank about this. Can you guys help me?

Here's a bit about the daycare:

*Small home-based daycare... 5 kids

*Exceptionally healthy food and physical activities

*Educational activities that would help the child learn basic reading skills, math, and other interesting topics that would prepare them for school and for life.

*Lots of love and tender care.

  1. two thumbs up!

  2. Great name. :]

  3. already been used about hundred times all over the states.

  4. Okay,

    Here's my brainstorming....

    Sunshine Daydream

    Sunny Smiles

    Little Sunshines

    Sunshine and Rainbows

    Shining Light Playcenter

    Fun in the Sun

Sunny Bunny (Sunny Bunnies) --this could be a mascot as well

    Sunny Funshine

    Funshine Flowers

    Sunflower Gardens

    Sunny Sunflowers

    Little Teapots

    Good luck!

  5. I like it. Its inviting. Good luck. :)

  6. I like it :-)

  7. It's a good name and it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks as long as you love it. Now I did daycare for a while and most of the children I watched weren't like little sunshines, more like little demons. So that what I would go with Little Demons Daycare ( we take your devils and angels). But that's just me. Good luck with business.

  8. Perhaps you could use the word playcare or homecare instead of the over used daycare/childcare? I do love the little sunshine part. Very bright, positive, and I love the simile you use that children are like sunshines, I couldn't agree more! Good luck!

  9. I think this is a nice name for a daycare centre. Wishing you all the very best for your daycare. May the children of your daycare become true "Little Sunshine".

  10. Its a lovely name and I like it however here are some more examples:

    Sunshine House

    The Little Sunshine House

    Little Patch of Sunshine

    Patch of Sunshine

    The Sunbeam Garden

    Sun Flower Garden

    The Sunshine Bungalow

I also like the idea of The Little Devils/Demons Daycare that someone suggested above.

    Hope I helped!

  11. cute

  12. In my opinion it's a great name.  Go for it...

  13. Please don't be offended:

How about "Sunshiny Day"? Your original title sounds overused. It's good but too common.

You don't necessarily have to put "childcare" or "daycare" in your title.

We have a daycare near my home called Butterflies and Frogs. It's cute and simple. It doesn't sound over bearing and forced.

Good luck. I like the sunshine theme... it could really work.

  14. Gr8 name and all the best for ur venture!!

  15. nice

  16. i do. i think that the name fits perfectly, because kids are truly little sunshines!! and the funniest part is they try to act like tiny adults :]. so yes. its fantastic!

  17. I think it's fine just the way you have it - it's important to have the word daycare or childcare in your name so people looking through the phone book or online will know what you are! If you just have Little Sunshines, it could be anything.  For ex: a lumber company named Joe's - could be a bar, could be a grocery store - but Joe's Lumber Co., everyone knows exactly what they will see when they walk through those doors.  You could also add your name in it so once you built up a reputation, your place could just be referred to to as "Ann's" = or whatever your name is.  Ann's Little Sunshine Daycare.  Good luck.

  18. "Little Sunshine Land" or "Little Sunshine World"

  19. perfect
