for a little boy? It means "God Strengthens". I like the meaning but I like the actual sound of the name itself too.

Yes I do. If we had had a little boy we were going to call him Morgan or Tarquinn - instead we had a little girl and called her Arieanna (it means spiritual one). It's a very personal choice so you stick to what you think is best.

No offense, but I don't like it. We're not living in 700 BC. This is America 2008. It sounds like a farmer name to me. And there are a lot of names that mean "God strengthens". And I really doubt people are going to ask him "Why did your parents name you that? What does it mean?". They'll just think it's weird. It's unique though, I'll give you that.
