Cute top & shorts!  I would skip the necklace - a little too fancy for such a casual outfit - the diamond studs are enough.  The bag sounds great.  For shoes, I would wear flip-flops in navy, white, or a metallic.  I also think you should wear your hair down.

from what you described I think it would look good on you, I think your hair should be down and wavy, and maybe flip flops or flats?

I like the shorts and the shirt, perfect. I would totally wear that.

I feel like the jewelry may be too much since you're already going to have a hair accessory.

So just keep the WHITE ribbon (silver would be random) and nothing else or choose between the necklace or the earrings, because the outfit is very summer-y and simple and too many accessories would mess up that vibe.

Shoes: maybe some navy chucks? or white flats or white flip flops?

I think that shirt and denim shorts might be to dark but it would look good with the white shorts. The bag and jewelry is good too, but it's all quite matchy matchy, maybe you should throw in something for originality, because all the girls will be wearing stuff like this. maybe a scarf in your hair or some colorful sneakers or a cute jacket and bangles.

you have to decide your own hair because I don't know if it's long, short, curly, straight, or wavy.
