Definitely it's very stylish. It would be considered punk here but in Europe just fashion forward. The skinny jeans would also be great in a dark wash with a gray top if you care about how it makes you look (skinnier, heavier). The sweatshirt is relaxed but nice if you wear a bright shirt under it (neon?) and converses are always good. Classic but new, perfect outfit for the day.
