Just don't use those colored tights. They'll look horrible (Go for some skin color if u really need it) Otherwise, they look real cute.

Its cute if you are going for like ultimate preppy.  Its a bit too preppy for my taste, and its also a bit too matchy for me but, thats just me.  But yes, the shoes do go with it.

I wouldn't wear it because that's nowhere near my style. But, the outfit does match and the shoes go perfectly with it.
