I think it's unique, yes.

Though, I wouldn't wear it because I know not everyone can look good in this. If you can, than why not?

I like urban outfitters myself and I just spent $60 on it (but on three items).

Perhaps you should wait until it goes on sale? Unless you have a total total desire for it now, I wouldn't advise you to buy it now.
