  1. I'm just interested to know what most people consider 'American' food.

    But yes, I like all food.


  2. Yes, but it depends on what you mean. Hamburgers, steaks, baked potatoes......absolutely. But americans have a rich cross cultural diet which has been adulterated over the years. I do love american food very much, especially local fare. I come from the eastern seaboard and we eat alot of german food. Scrapple, chicken and noodles, pork roll. We also have in the city of Philadelphia alot of italians and chinese and so this affects the type of snack fare. Hoagies and steak sandwiches, are delicious...When you travel further south, like Maryland, you can buy crabs in a bag seasoned with Old Bay seasoning. Fortunately for me, I had a father that travelled and would bring them home in the summer. A wonderful treat! Further south, and it changes. So that kind of american food is just the best.

  5. you bet, cobb, caesar, new york steak, turkey with sweet potato, cranberry sauce, and corn, fried chicken, ribs......all great American dishes

  6. Nope Deep Fried Hamburgers and other deadly foods should be outlawed in my opinion

    we have a mixture of foods from around the world that we use as our own twist on a idea
