i like it pretty soft, i think it's more flavorful & i like the texture better. but that's just me...i also think it tastes good with syrup, lol!

Same, I like it really crispy and just a little burnt, but not enough to taste burnt...Mmmm...-runs off in search of bacon-

But I wouldn't pass up a soft piece of bacon either, as long as it was fully cooked! :-D
