I have a contract with Nextel México with a Blackberry 7100i. Since the beginning, 7100i has been one of the worst telephones I ever had. The absolutly lack of transparency for syncing, the non-existence of a stand alone program to manage calendars and contacts on the computer, the sync in Windows is painful, but in Mac OS results in all my data duplicated or triplicated!

The design of its Interfase is full of unnecesary clicks and confirmation menus.

Also I have an iPod Touch and since last Friday an iPhone 3G, and I found more useful the way the iPod manages my info (email, contacts, calendars, etc), than BlackBerry... And is not a phone!!! At least, since Friday, iPhone has made an outstanding work. Now I just have to wait to cancel my contract with Nextel.

By the way, Palm has excelent products, maybe not so good like iPhone but absolutly superior than BlackBerry, at least, than 7100.

My husband has the blackberry and he loves it. He would like to have pics and music on his phone though so he is considering the iphone.

But the blackberry is very business oriented.

my dad has the blackberry and it sucks!!!!! its too much stuff and to hard to manage. It doesn't have a camera, and like the first thing that comes up is these 4 options and if u go to apps its like so much tiny icons that u cant understand but i havent had the iphone but i think its cooler because it has an ipod and probably a camera.

I've got the iphone. I unlocked here in canada and am paying my regular bill and didn't have to sign on for an expensive plan with the carrier here.You can do so much with it. I absolutely love it. While I was not going to get it at first because of the high price if you can get a reasonable price for the phone and the plan it is well worth.

I just LOVE my Blackberry.  No complaints here, it's a great phone.
