it helps relax me.

Music is my Anti - drug...

without it I would be stressed all the time.

It is good to just sit down and turn on your favorite song. Especially if it just comes on the radio! It's the best feeling ever.

Makes the day go by much faster too. Which is always good :) lol

It's the only way I get through my workday. We have a classic pop station here in New York, WCBS.FM, that I and the people in my office listen to.

Yes, I have XM on all day.  Good thing I am near a repeater so I can get a signal in the interior of the building.

Where I work, we are not allowed to listen to the radio.  Management claims it is a "distraction".  Bummer.
