Do you live around a famous place?

I live in Manizales Colombia, and there's a big volcano located near the city, el Ruiz Volcano and National Park, famous because in 1985 killed more than 20000 people in a small town which disappeared from the map, do your city have a famous place, or there is some famous landscape around? tell me!

I live right by the Jersey shore which a lot of people know of. I also live near Atlantic City which has lots of casinos.
